You can save and use the emlfile anywhere on your harddrive.
You can even rename it, but you will need winzip in order to download it from the web.

When you click on a EML-file after you have unzipped the zipfile.
It opens in Outlook and are ready to use.

But how can I see its behavavior?

Open the Emlfile.
Go to View/ And mark Source Edit

When you have done this you will have 3 things to choose from

If you want to see its behavior go to Priview.
In the Source you can see all the code.
And on the Edit you can write your text.
